Pride and Prejudice. (gasp of horror) It's not that I've consciously sat down and thought, "I have no interest in that book," it's just that it's never been in my bookshelf or on a required reading list for a class, and quite plainly, the non-conformist in me has subtly been resisting it since it is, after all, a classic and therefore everyone has read it.
Basically, i'm prejudiced.
A month or so ago we made a trip to B&N for a book for Ian, and I spotted this beauty, made more beautiful by the sub-$4 price tag. What can I say, I'm cheap.
Good book. As always, better than the movie. I love Mr. Bennet and his wit.

yeah...welcome to the dark side, ya lemming.
well I never read it until I got my free copy of Jane Austen's books(s), so I'm right there with you. Joe loves Mr Bennett too. He would LOVE to be him someday.
