Wade's Braces

Fred got his braces today. It's amazing how much smoother he walks with them!! Oops, no video of Fred, but here is what they look like. They just slip in his shoes like insoles and strap around his ankles, and presto! Smooth walking. And no more twisted ankles!
We're so used to seeing him clump around, it's nice to see how smooth his gait is now. And how much easier it is for him to walk. Yay Fred!!!

Oh, and by the way, Fred graduates on Saturday (the 3rd). Double Yay!! Bachelors in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Of course, he still has two and a half classes to finish before they will give him his diploma, but the celebration is in a week. So if you see him around, congratulate him! It's been a long hard road and we're both glad that the end is in sight.
