pinterest is true, this i know because it taught me that i can put the nubbies of my green onions in a glass of water in the windowsill and grow more. without going to the store. or turning them into green-onion-slime in the veggie drawer.

i took a pic on my phone to prove it and was planning on texting said pic to my email and uploading it here from there, but alas, my phone is none too bright, or else the evil minds that are programming phones now-a-days feel like tormenting me. i useta could, tho. text pics to my email, that is. now i have to find my card reader. good luck with that.

i was in the shower, thinking it was saturday. you know, because the kids are home and all. and so, thinking it was saturday, i lathered my pits in preparation for a shave. (it's a saturday activity, along with the legs) only mid-lather i realized it wasn't saturday, only wednesday, but i shaved the pits regardless. you're welcome. but not the legs. too much effort when you keep getting visitors.

and visitors i got. mid-shower. first dot wanted to inform me that the people on the show were being mean. prime turning-off-the-show behavior. unfortunately, in order for her to tattle on the show, she had to unlock my bedroom door. which i lock onna-purpose to keep her little brother out of my crap while i am incapacitated in the shower. oops. luckily, he just wanted to see what my bathroom looks like while i am showering. also luckily, i have already installed the "frosted glass shower door camoflauger" so when the kids poke their head in the door with their eyes averted to the mirror on the opposite wall, i am just a blurry mass of flesh instead of a nightmare inducing vision.

also, i spent the morning reading nat-the-fat-rat and now i am feeling all energized and sassy. with no where to go. and five chitlins to entertain. wish me luck.
