Because you know that a mom's definition of "looked" is NOT the same as a 7yo's definition of "looked," even if that 7yo is weeks away from being an 8yo.
So Art has Track and Field day today. And he's a redhead with the pasty skin that comes along with it and I can't find the sunscreen that we took with us to Black Dragon Canyon last Saturday when we took the young women rapelling. (super fun, btw. I went down 4 times and never got butterflies like I usually do. Either I'm turning into Super Woman or have finally lost a few too many hours of sleep and am officially insane)
I asked Chuck what he did with the sunscreen when he emptied out the camelbacks and of course, he never saw it. Ever. In his life. But especially not last Saturday when he threw the empty camelback bags on the folding table instead of putting them in the tote like I asked him to.
I did find the sunscreen, though. Never fear. It was in the camelback, right where I left it.
