I start my first real job in 11 years today. One i have to dress up for. JCPenney alterations didnt really count cos they let me bring the suits home and sew in my jammas.
Anyhow, theres been lots happening over here what with fred finally getting layed off like they promised 2 months ago so now he doesnt have to spend weekdays in a hotel away from us and I got me a smoking job doing alterations for Davids Bridal 10 hours a week.
In a coat. (yes, they specified I have to wear a coat. To sew). Anyhow, Im just glad that Fred is home.

now that we know how much they charge for alterations, they BETTER be paying you enough to make up for fred's loss of income. (he does get unemployment doesn't he?) you look sassy and styling in your coat!

Is it bad of me to say I am jealous!? I wish I had awesome skills where I could get out of the house ten hours a week. That is the perfect amount of away time. Good luck and enjoy it.
