Do you ever get distracted in the loo by the puddle on the floor and have to get some paper off the roll and sop it up and check the color just in case someone stood in the middle of the floor to pee instead of using the john that is 2 feet away?
Lucky you.
I just woke up from a passed-out-drunk nap on the couch at 1030 in the morning. Not my fault, either. Had to get up at 6am to be to the allergist an hour away at 8am with the baby to see if he is barfy from the allergies.
Nope.
Not a single one that they scratch tested him for.
But the good news is that I arrived home at the same time I have been getting up lately (yes, i know i am lazy) to find happy children and a kiss from my husband as we stood in my clean kitchen. Said clean kitchen having taken some doing because of all the cherry syrup-ing that has been going on lately.
Yup, still syrup.
We tried it again, with the advice in mind that big batches tend to need to boil longer. Made sure we brought it to a full boil before adding the sugar and another full boil for three times the recommended time again at the end. No dice.
But I now have 48 pints and 16 quarts of yummy cherry syrup that I will slather on my pancakes in the dark of the winter to cheer me up and pull me out of my doldrums. Call me, I'll bring you one and we can both have a ray of sunshine in the cold winter.
And now I'm off. To empty my veins for a good cause (philanthropy) and glitter my toes for no good reason at all (vanity).

Grind up some ice and make snow cones! At least you don't have to worry about allergies. Maybe it's lactose intolerant or something. Hope you find out something on him!
I have stepped in one too many yellow puddles lately, so I have instituted the good ol' sit down to do your business rule. Sheesh.
Good luck with getting a Dx on the baby. If they could just speak, it would make being a mom so much easier!
