She wanted a pink princess blanket for her birthday. I just couldn't bring myself to do it and compromised with dragonflies.
She hated it for 3 days, and then embraced it. Sleeps with it every night.
Long live loving more in life than what your cousin tells you to like. Or using your parental powers to indoctrinate your three year old. Either way.

I did make it. Took months. Actually, the dragonflies took an hour a piece, and then they sat in my drawer for months, and took a whopping day to finish.
And gorgeous is great. nothing foufy pinkie about gorgeous.
