Real Estate 9-1-1

I didn't realize how many ambulance chasers there were in the Real Estate business, marking their territory, peeing on trees.

Or that they assume you start your day at 8am, right in the middle of making lunch for the kiddos.

Or that they call you, one after the other after the other (after scouring KSL and Craigslist on a fsbo witch hunt), very polite and helpful, to kindly offer their services...

...to list your home on the MLS for a mere $200 with no other fees
...to offer their services to sell your home for you when you come to the end of your fsbo rope and just want out of your house
...to offer their services to help you find your next dream home after you have ditched this one.

Yup, we're set. In addition to our already-lined-up-back-up-realtor, we have 2 friends in the biz, plus the 4 agents who so kindly offered their services at the crack of stinkin dawn today in order to get a jump on their not-quite-so-quick-with-the-phone colleagues.

I think we're good.

the new blog is up and running, but i am constantly updating it as i get another room clean enough to photograph. I still haven't gotten a good pic of the garage/carriage house because i'm too much of a pansy to tromp out in the snow to take one.

check it out and let me know if i should make any changes.

SOme of the photos I can click on and make bigger which is really nice to see things more clearly, like the deer in your backyard, but a lot of them aren't. I think it's nice to get a close up look at the pictures. Otherwise the blog looks great so far!

And if you ever get sick of your IKEA pillowcases please give them to me. Because I just want the pillowcases not the duvet cover, but youcan't buy one without the other:)
